2/🧵 - There are a lot of emotions that we get to face but one of the silent ones that creeps in is going to be disappointment which is really not easy to be dealing with.

3/🧵 - There needs to be a way that we should be implementing in order to deal with disappointment when we get to experience it for whatever reason as it can surely undermine us quite a bit.
