Weekend Plans

I didn't get called in to work today, and I also have the next 2 days off. 3 day weekend! That's a rarity in residency.

So I'll just list out my tentative plans for the weekend: helping around the house a little bit, grooming myself back to humanity, seeing my grandparents today, participating in my hobbies (and on more than a single day this time around), meditating, exercising, and being somewhat productive - less-than-fun stuff such as studying, getting through a bit of paperwork for medical licensing, and doing some other household tasks.

All in all, I'm not at my job for a guaranteed 3 days, so I'm quite happy about that! Not to say that I dislike the profession itself... but residency is a lot to handle, and any time off is simply a blessing.

So, let's make this time productive and relaxing. I'll keep myself accountable, and if someone else wants to join me in accountability, let me know.
