The FreeCompliments Weekly Art Contest!

I'll choose the weekly winner based on my own mysterious criteria, and award 15 HSBI. All forms of art and media are permitted in submissions.

As it turns out, this week Shei/Harumi was our only contestant, hence she won by default. This drawing turned out very cute and looks like a genuine animated character - strong work! Now, let's get the competition rolling so we can have some more great works competing for the prize.
