I'm going to head out sort of early tonight. Eat and go to sleep. I've had years of chronic sleep deprivation, and even though it's impossible to reverse the damage, I can always move ahead by improving by sleep hygiene.

How does one improve on this sleep hygiene because insomnia has become my pal

I have disturbed sleep if at all I get at night. There is no getting away from it
