Happy Sunday everyone. I was able to go to church today. I won't be able to go for the next 4 Sundays so I made every effort to go today. Exams begin on Friday and I wouldn't be free until 30th March. They've spaced the exams too much.

First semester when u was hoping they'd space them out, unfortunately we wrote all 6 subjects in less than 2 weeks. We wrote 3 on the first weekend, i.e, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and wrote the other 3 on the following weekend. All the same, hoping for the best. 2 end of semester examinations left for me to graduate. This one ends next month and then the other one begins in July.

Came home to meet my landlord asking us to chat. Says he wants to renovate my place, so it's up to me to decide to stay or move out. If I'm staying, rent is going up 50% after the renovation and he will be taking 2 years of rent in advance. If I'm moving out, my tenure ends at the end of March. The choice is mine. If I want to stay, I will need to cough up 2 years of 50% increment that I don't currently have. I paid for 1 year rent advance initially. I don't know whether to stay or to leave. Hopefully, God speaks to me soon before I make any mistakes. In all things, God first.
