I totally 100 % agree with that, but I've never seen creators do that, even during the steem times , also I want add something also...Even if you get a lot of money from HIVE DHF , if the project fails in a few months, the project owner will have to pay back 70% or 80% of the coins. We still don't have any real fear or discipline in the system when it comes to using money, currently issuing coins is so easy that after 3 or 8 months you can say you're not interested anymore and that's it, no one will pay anything back either... 💁‍♂️💁‍♂️💁‍♂️🙈 that's what it basically does DHF 🙈, this how they was buy sport car to use it to take money 🙈
