Haven been "denied" voting for a couple times on this one.

Because already voted... @lstr.voter, maybe you guys could think of transferring the voting weight to the account being voted, instead just reporting it can't be voted because you already voted for it.

Otherwise its just a distributed voting mechanism and not a weighted on content one. Especially if there are not enough quantity content to vote for. Which is not the important metric, instead the quality should be the factor.
