I recently published a blog in which I reported on my latest Splinterlands card purchases, whereby I only bought cards from the Rebellion expansion. The reason for this was because Chaos Legion is rotating out of modern soon and I want to stay competitive with the Rebellion cards in the modern format.

Since the cards I bought back then won't be enough for a long time, I hit the market again. I would like to show you which Rebellion cards I bought this time. I would like to go into more detail about the cards and also briefly explain why I bought them and, above all, at what price. Have fun reading!

Silverblade Fighter

The first card I bought and would like to introduce to you is Silverblade Fighter. It's a rare card from Life Splinter, costs six mana and is therefore moderately expensive to play. The card is best played as a tank in the first position, as it not only has five health and six armor, but also the ability Flank, which allows a Melee Attacker to attack from the second position. It also has a Melee Attack, so the card's offensive options are limited, and three Speedpoints.

When you level the card, it first gets the ability Void Armor (level 2), which makes the large amount of armor even more worthwhile. It also gets the Protect (level 6) ability, which turns it into an armor monster and buffs itself and the other monsters. There are also some additional stats, such as a total of three Melee Attack.

I've decided to buy 5 BCX of the card for now and upgrade it to level 2, because the Void Armor ability is essential. If I see that I play the card a lot, and above all successfully, I will level it up further if necessary.

The 5 BCX of the card cost me a total of 1.45$. So in the end, the card is not expensive and I can easily buy more if I need to.

Night Stalker

The next card I was able to buy a copy of is Night Stalker. This rare card is actually a promo card from the Rebellion expansion, meaning you get a bonus to your rewards if you win a battle with it. The card costs four mana, so it's relatively cheap to play, and has strong offensive abilities with three Melee Attack. Combined with the Sneak Ability, it makes it a threat to the opponent's back monsters. It also has three speed points and only two health points. This means you should protect it properly in your line-up. A special feature of the card is that it belongs to both the Death Splinter and the Fire Splinter.

If you level up the card, it naturally gains offensive stats, such as another Speedpoint and Melee Attack and the abilities Execute (level 4) and Blast (level 8).

I only bought 1 BCX of the card for the time being. There are two main reasons for this. Firstly, the card is already very playable at the first level and only gets a strong improvement with the Execute ability at level 4. Secondly, the card is very expensive, so I want to test it at level 1 first and see how it performs.

A perfect transition to the price at which I was able to buy the card. It's $2.94, which is very expensive for 1 BCX of a rare card. The high price is simply due to the fact that it is a promo card, you can play it with two Splinters and it is generally very strong.

Swell Spore Beast

The third card I acquired is Swell Spore Beast. It's also a rare card, but this time from Earth Splinter. The card costs eight mana, has three ranged attack, one speed point, six life points and one armor point. All in all, solid stats, only one speed point is very little, which in my opinion means that the card is only playable in a few selected matchups. However, the card compensates for this with the ability True Strike, so that its attacks always hit.

When the card is leveled, it stays at the one speed point, but gains more in the other stats and ends up with five Ranged Attack. It also gets the Affliction ability (level 4), which I find strong, as generic monsters are countered with all healing abilities.

I bought 25 BCX of the card directly and was able to upgrade it to the fourth level. This gave it another Ranged Attack and the important Ability Affliction just discussed.

In addition, the card was very cheap in my opinion, because I was able to buy the 25 BCX for a total of 2.53$. I just had to go for it.

Meriput Magician

The last card for today is another really strong one in my opinion, and that is the Meriput Magician. This is a Magic Attacker from the Life Splinter, with a Magic Attack. The common card also has three speed points and five health points. Overall, the card looks quite inconspicuous and not very special, but it has the ability Tank Heal, which I find very strong and is often playable. It is therefore a supporter card.

At the next levels, in addition to some defensive stats and speed points, the card gets the ability Shield (level 5), which makes it more resistant to melee attackers, and the ability Strengthen (level 10) to buff the other monsters.

I decided to buy the card as a gold foil. I often do this with common cards, which I often play, as it gives me a good bonus on my rewards. In addition, the gold foil version wasn't really more expensive than the regular version, so I hardly had to pay any extra.

I bought 3 BCXs for now, but I would like to buy two more BCXs in the near future to upgrade the card to level 5, but there were no good offers available at the time. I paid about 10.70$ for the 3 BCX.

These were my four latest acquisitions. With this in mind: Welcome to the team! I'm looking forward to seeing how they perform in future battles. At the latest when Chaos Legion is no longer playable in the Modern format, these cards will become very important to me. Especially with Meriput Magician, I'm sure that the card will play an important role in my collection. That's why I keep looking for offers for the card to level it up further.

Kürzlich habe ich einen Blog veröffentlicht, in dem ich über mein letzten Käufe von Splinterlands Karten berichtet habe, wobei ich ausschließlich Karten aus der Rebellion Erweiterung gekauft hatte. Der Grund hierfür war, weil Chaos Legion bald aus Modern rausrotiert und ich durch die Rebellion Karten im Modern Format konkurrenzfähig bleiben möchte.

Da die damals gekauften Karten lange nicht ausreichen werden, habe ich nochmal auf dem Markt zugeschlagen. Ich möchte euch zeigen, welche Rebellion Karten ich dieses Mal gekauft habe. Dabei möchte ich genauer auf die Karten eingehen und auch kurz erklären wieso ich diese gekauft habe und vor allem zu welchem Preis. Viel Spaß beim Lesen!

Silverblade Fighter

Die erste Karte, die ich gekauft habe und euch vorstellen möchte, ist Silverblade Fighter. Es ist eine rare Karte aus dem Life Splinter, kostet sechs Mana und ist damit mittelteuer zu spielen. Die Karte wird am besten als Tank in der ersten Position gespielt, denn sie hat nicht nur fünf Lebenspunkte und sechs Armor, sondern auch die Ability Flank, wodurch ein Melee Attacker von der zweiten Position aus angreifen kann. Des Weiteren hat sie einen Melee Attack, die offensiven Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Karte sind also begrenzt, und drei Speedpoints.

Wenn man die Karte levelt, bekommt sie zunächst die Ability Void Armor (Level 2), wodurch sich die viele Rüstung nochmal mehr lohnt. Außerdem erhält sie noch die Ability Protect (Level 6), was aiw zu einem Rüstungsmonster macht und sie sich und die anderen Monster bufft. Des Weiteren kommen auch noch einige Stats dazu, wie zum Beipsiel insgesamt drei Melee Attack.

Ich habe mich vorerst entschieden 5 BCX der Karte zu kaufen und sie sie auf Level 2 zu upgraden, denn die Ability Void Armor ist essentiell. Wenn ich sehe, dass ich die Karte sehr viel, und vor allem erfolgreich spiele, werde ich sie gegebenenfalls weiter leveln.

Die 5 BCX der Karte haben mich insgesamt 1,45$ gekostet. Also letztendlich ist die Karte nicht teuer und ich kann bei Bedarf ganz einfach mehr kaufen.

Night Stalker

Die nächste Karte, von der ich ein Exemplar kaufen konnte, ist Night Stalker. Bei dieser seltenen Karte handelt es sich sogar um eine Promo Karte aus der Rebellion Erweiterung, heißt man bekommt einen Bonus auf die Rewards, wenn man mit ihr ein Battle gewinnt. Die Karte kostet vier Mana, ist also relativ billig zu spielen, und hat mit drei Melee Attack starke offensive Fähigkeiten. In Verbindung mit der Sneak Ability macht es sie zu einer Bedrohung für die hinteren Monster des Gegners. Außerdem hat sich noch drei Speedpoints und lediglich zwei Health Points. Das heißt man sollte sie in seiner Aufstellung ordentlich beschützen. Besonders an der Karte ist, dass sie sowohl dem Death Splinter als auch dem Fire Splinter angehört.

Levelt man die Karte erhält sie selbstverständlich offensive Stats, wie zum Beispiel jeweils noch einen weiteren Speedpoint und Melee Attack und die Abilities Execute (Level 4) und Blast (Level 8).

Ich habe erstmal nur 1 BCX der Karte gekauft. Das liegt hauptsächlich an zwei Gründen. Zum einen ist die Karte auf dem ersten Level schon gut spielbar und bekommt erst auf Level 4 wieder eine starke Verbesserung mit der Ability Execute. Zum anderen ist die Karte sehr teuer, sodass ich sie erstmal auf Level 1 testen möchte und schauen wie sich sich schlägt.

Eine perfekte Überleitung zum Preis, zu dem ich die Karte kaufen konnte. Dieser liegt bei 2,94$ und das ist für 1 BCX einer seltenen Karte sehr teuer. Der hohe Preis kommt einfach davon, dass es eine Promo Karte ist, man sie mit zwei Splinter spielen kann und sie allgemein sehr stark ist.

Swell Spore Beast

Die dritte Karte, welche ich erworben habe, ist Swell Spore Beast. Es ist ebenfalls eine seltene Karte, dieses Mal aber aus dem Earth Splinter. Die Karte kostet acht Mana, hat drei Ranged Attack, einen Speedpunkt, sechs Lebenspunkte und einen Rüstungspunkt. Insgesamt also solide Stats, lediglich ein Speedpunkt ist sehr wenig, wodurch die Karte meiner Meinung nach nur in einigen ausgewählten Matchups spielbar ist. Das gleicht die Karte aber mit der Ability True Strike aus, sodass ihre Angriffe immer treffen.

Wenn die Karte gelevelt wird bleibt sie bei dem einen Speedpunkt, erhält aber mehr bei den anderen Stats und kommt am Ende auf fünf Ranged Attack. Zusätzlich erhält sie auch noch die Ability Affliction (Level 4), welche ich stark finde, da generische Monster mit sämtlichen heilenden Abilities gekontert werden.

Ich habe von der Karte direkt 25 BCX gekauft und konnte sie dadurch auf das vierte Level upgraden. Dadurch hat sie einen weiteren Ranged Attack erhalten und die eben besprochene wichtige Ability Affliction.

Außerdem war die Karte meiner Meinung nach sehr billig, denn ich konnte die 25 BCX für insgesamt 2,53$ kaufen. Da musste ich einfach zuschlagen.

Meriput Magician

Die letzte Karte für heute ist nochmal eine meiner Meinung nach richtig starke, und zwar ist das Meriput Magician. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Magic Attacker aus dem Life Splinter, mit einem Magic Attack. Außerdem hat die gewöhnliche Karte drei Speedpoints und fünf Healthpoints. Insgesamt schaut die Karte also recht unscheinbar und nicht besonders aus, jedoch hat sie die Ability Tank Heal, welche ich sehr stark finde und oft spielbar ist. Es handelt sich dementsprechend also um eine Supporter Karte.

Auf den nächsten Levels erhält die Karte neben einigen defensiven Stats und Speedpoints noch die Ability Shield (Level 5), was sie widerstandsfähiger gegen Melee Attacker macht, und die Ability Strengthen (Level 10), um die anderen Monster zu buffen.

Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, die Karte als Gold Foil zu kaufen. Das mache ich häufig so mit gewöhnlichen Karten, welche ich oft spiele, da ich dadurch einen guten Bonus auf meine Rewards bekomme. Außerdem war die Gold Foil Version im Verhältnis zur gewöhnlichen nicht wirklich teurer und ich hatte dementsprechend kaum einen Aufpreis zu zahlen.

Ich habe erstmal 3 BCX gekauft, möchte aber in der nahen Zukunft noch zwei weitere BCX kaufen, um die Karte auf Level 5 zu upgraden, jedoch waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine guten Angebote verfügbar. Für die 3 BCX habe ich etwa 10,70$ gezahlt.

Spätestens wenn Chaos Legion nicht mehr im Modern Format spielbar ist, werden diese Karten für mich sehr wichtig werden. Vor allem bei Meriput Magician bin ich mir sicher, dass die Karte eine wichtige Rolle in meiner Sammlung spielen wird. Deswegen schau ich weiter nach Angeboten für die Karte, um sie weiter zu leveln.
