Unexpected Balcony Display with my new neighbor

Every morning, a different object appeared on my neighbor's balcony - today, it was a pair of worn-out pants and a bra displayed prominently. I was about to leave for a church that faithful morning when I discovered people passing were looking up and laughing at what they saw. I couldn't believe my eyes when I decided to look up. Lo and behold, something that was supposed to be hidden somewhere was exposed for the world to see🙈
Everyone wondered why they would display their mum's underwear for people passing by to see. It might be funny to some, but to me, it’s just disgusting.

I called for the first daughter to come and take it away, but what she came out wearing surprised me. She had on a panty and a braless top that revealed all of her breasts, and the lower part that the panty was supposed to cover was exposed. I shouted in dismay, questioning why she always dressed in that manner. It was even more embarrassing to think my husband saw her, as he was right beside me. We were on our way to church when we noticed the display on their balcony.

Mummy Rita and her children are my new neighbors, but ever since I have been having neighbors, I have never come across their type before, so careless and naughty. They display whatever they have on the balcony; every day is a new object display 🤔 @ecency-star, this happens to be a perfect time to express my displeasure about my neighbor's misconduct. Can you help me warn them? My eyes have seen a lot since they came around🤔
