Teaching as my main job

I mould and build lives. I am a loco parentis, I am a born teacher, loving my job wholeheartedly. I am so proud to be a teacher even when the government, parents, students, and society throw stones at us. In my next life, I would love to be a teacher again.

The bedrock of other professions is the role of a teacher, without a teacher, there's no Doctor, Lawyer, Engineer, Architect, Banker, and many other professions.

Teaching is a noble profession. It involves teaching or imparting knowledge to others.
The role of a teacher in the society cannot be overemphasized. A teacher is seen as a noble personality in the society. Without a teacher, there's no Society, Nation and World at large.

My job as a teacher is to prepare my lesson plan with learning objectives and activities inclusive. I am to teach from the unknown to the known, complex to simple with passion and zealousness. I have to make sure my students understand the concept of whatever I'm teaching. I do not only impart knowledge but I also inspire and motivate my students to learn and grow to become better in the future.

Teaching is a job that requires a lot of commitment, dedication, patience, and passion. Teachers need to be accustomed to different learning methods and help each student grow. A teacher works hard to make learning fun, interesting, and exciting for every student to discover their talents and areas of interest.

Do you know that the majority run away from this profession? If you ask anyone right now, with the way things are going, they will still say NO in capital letters. Why? Teachers are relegated, they are not well paid. The government considers other professions than teaching. As a result of not enough salary, some of them cannot afford a good living. At the end of 35 years in teaching, the gratuity is delayed for many years, some would have died or in serious illness. It is so shameful!

Importance of me as a teacher in the society.

1. I educate and mold future leaders and generations.
2. I teach students to explore the world around them and help them become knowledgeable citizens.
3. I help students develop skills like writing, reading, and multitasking.
4. I play a vital role in promoting values like kindness, tolerance, and fairness among my students.
5. I provide total support and guidance to help my students overcome challenges as they grow.
6. I create a positive and conducive learning environment where everyone feels valued and respected regardless of the situation around them.

The role of a teacher in the society can not be ruled out. A teacher must be respected, honored, and valued for any society's advancement.

They shape young minds!
They are knowledgeable!
They are passionate!
They are loco parentis!
They are responsible!
They make the world a better place!

If you can read and write, appreciate       your teacher. 
If you cannot read and write,    
 see a teacher.

In my next life, I prefer to become a teacher again. Even, if I have the privilege to change it, I will still not change it.
