Do you know that kids of your neighbor are becoming rampant in society these days? It now looks as if there is no discipline anymore. Who are you to do that when you know your parents are disciplinarian? We just have to stir up our game before they become too hard to break.

You are right, such kids seems to be everywhere these days. But we can do something about our kids. Discipline needs to come to life again.
