Legacy worth remembering for
When I think about how I want to be remembered, my heart goes out to the deeper values that guide my life. I don’t desire recognition for titles, wealth, or outward success. I want to be remembered for the kind of spirit I carried and the impact I left on people’s hearts. My legacy, if I could choose it, would be simple, sincere, and rooted in faith as a Christian that I am. What is life without a purpose? Now, let me share some of the few things I wish to be remembered for a while I'm away.
A Cheerful and Generous Giver
I want to be remembered as someone who gave freely and cheerfully, not just money or material things, but of time, attention, kindness, and love. My desire is to live life with open hands, always willing to pour into others without counting the cost. I believe firmly in the truth of God’s word, which says: A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. Giving is more than a gesture, it’s a lifestyle. It reflects the heart of God, and I want that to be reflected in me. I believe that givers never lack, not because of what they have, but because of the posture of their heart. Small acts of kindness can make a big impact.
A Woman of Peace
I want to be remembered as a peacemaker. Someone who carried peace, spoke peace, lived peace, and created peace wherever she went. Whether in the home, workplace, friendships, or even in moments of conflict, my desire is to be a calming presence, someone who brings resolution instead of division. For it is written in Matt 5vs9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. To me, being a woman of peace doesn’t mean avoiding hard truths, it means handling truth with grace and creating an atmosphere where healing, understanding, and restoration can thrive. Let me be remembered in the hearts of so many people that she was a peaceful soul👌
A Genuine Lover of God
Above all, I want to be remembered as a woman who loved God genuinely, not just in words, but in the way I lived, loved, and served. My relationship with God is the foundation of everything I do. I want my life to be a quiet but unwavering testimony that loving God isn’t just about religion, it’s about relationship, trust, surrender, and daily obedience. If someone remembers me and thinks, She really loved God, then I know I lived well.
I don’t need my name written in gold, diamond, or silver, but I would be honored if it were written in the hearts of so many people as someone who gave freely, lived peacefully, and loved God deeply. That, to me, would be a life worth living and a legacy worth leaving.

I bet, having one's name written in the hearts of people is worth it more than on gold, silver, etc. Being generous, a seeker of peace and genuine lover of God are impacts one can testify about us and we'd be fulfilled.
My utmost heart desires. May God help me to live a life worthy of emulation 🙏
Thank you, sis, for stopping by🥰
Ones name written in the heart is far better than gold or treasures
Yes, my dear.
Nothing worth more than that
Wow what a nice write up
In today's world most of the issues we have is as the result of disagreement which causes war.
And people causes more trouble than being willing to make peace.
I sincerely wish you the very best
Thank you for your contribution and Amen to your prayers🙏
