A Preference for the Private sector; A personal understanding
This particular question is relevant to every individual, and my opinion may differ from yours, as this is a broad topic. I will share my perspective based on my experience within the government sector because I work with the government sector, but if I must state my preference, I would preferably choose the private sector. Is there any with no shortcomings? Government and private have their shortcomings, believe it or not, 🤥
My reasons for choosing the private over the government are as follows:
The School System: The educational experience in the government sector is markedly different from that in the private school system. Government schools often lack a conducive environment for learning; many students do not have proper seating, and that is no adequate furniture, which requires some students to sit on the floor. Classrooms are overcrowded.
Imagine one teacher managing a class of 100 students with no textbooks to aid learning, they call it free education (who forces them?) the ratio of teacher to class is quite huge and demanding, while private schools offer a well conducive atmosphere with adequate furniture, well-equipped classrooms, and significantly lower student-to-teacher ratio, fostering more engaging learning.
Workers' salary Disparities: The disparity in earnings between government and private sector workers is striking. A director at the pinnacle of his or her career in the government often earns considerably less than a new employee starting in the private sector. This wage gap raises questions about the value placed on public service versus private service. I prefer to work in the private where I will earn multiples of what I'm earning as a government worker. You can not blame me because experience is the best teacher🤔 Working for 35 years and earning low gratuity is not encouraging. They can do better👌
Healthcare sector: My experience with the health sector only reinforces my preference. Government hospitals can be extraordinarily disheartening; if you're prepared to be treated poorly, face delays, or deal with more complicated issues, visiting government hospital officials can make your matter look so bad 🥺 Either, there is no doctor on the ground, no facility or drugs. Their services are not adequate.
I can recall several troubling encounters with government hospitals. Ten years ago, during my daughter's pregnancy, I faced a life-threatening situation, and we went to my hospital for an emergency. Do you know that no single doctor was found on duty that fateful day🤷Thankfully, we chose to go to a private hospital, where we received swift and compassionate care. I could have been dead if I had waited for their nonsense🤔
Another experience was when my baby was experiencing convulsions and seizures, and despite the urgency, the government hospital staff left us waiting until my desperate cries echoed through the pain of a mother who did not want her child to die out of negligence, demanding immediate attention. It was only then that they finally responded. While private healthcare can be found up to the task, even though it can be expensive, the treatment I've received has consistently been exceptional, with courteous and thorough attention from medical professionals.
Staff Welfare: The welfare of staff in government sectors leaves nothing much to be desired. There seems to be little regard for the well-being of employees, while the private sector generally recognizes the importance of taking care of its personnel, fostering a more supportive work environment.
The teacher's office is not suitable
Based on these observations, my preference is clear: I would choose the private sector any day. The stark differences in what I have listed above lead me to strongly believe in the opportunities and standards found in the private sector over the government sector. The choice is not just about personal advantage; it reflects a broader understanding of how these sectors operate and impact lives.
The government should be better for its slcitim

Thanks for stopping by💕
I agree with you that most of the downside you've listed about the government owned organisation has lead to this not being upto pal with private sector.
Truth! The inefficiencies and limitations of government-owned organizations have indeed led to a gap in service quality compared to the private sector.
Thanks for agreeing with me
