Hoy quiero comentarles la Historia de Nohe y sus inicios en el Ballet.
Ella era una niña, muy tímida, por ende poco sociable... Sus primeras semana en mi academia para ella fueron bastante apáticos, solo observaba, sus manitas entrelazadas y no se integraba en absoluto trataba de moverla y se quedaba parada, yo trataba de animarla pero ella solo se quedaba allí, así por dos semanas más o menos, llegó el momento en que Nohe empezó a utilizar sus zapatillas, en las que empezó a guardar sus dones, un día conversando de manera generalizada con las niñas les enseñaba la importancia de hacer cosas, independientemente de la danza; siempre les digo hagan artes, música, manualidades, dibujos,deportes, yoga lo que su corazón les anime pero háganlo... Descubrir sus capacidades siempre estará en intentar.
Trabaje en diferentes estrategias, pero fue en el momento que Nohe empezó a utilizar sus zapatillas que empezó a ceder en sus clases e integrase y la que más le gustó fue la iniciación a la gimnasia, solo la preparación física le animó, ahora podía tomarla de la mano, la acompañaba y las niñas se alegraban y le aplaudían casa vez que lograba un nuevo paso, así continuamos... Las zapatillas, comenzaron a llenarse de más habilidades, destrezas, estrellas con una sola mano y paradas de manos y saltos.
Esas zapatillas mágicas se llenaron, de trabajo diario,de constancia, disciplina y compromiso con ella misma.
Verla crecer y ver todo lo que ella ha logrado ha sido satisfactorio y todo esto, sumado a la importancia del acompañamiento familiar y de sus maestras le ayudo muchísimo...
A diario utilizo mis zapatillas como profesora llenas de responsabilidad, respeto hacia mis alumnas, no como un accesorio, sino como símbolo de enseñar con amor, de guiar a mis alumnas. No sé trata de solo recibir niñas estrella,con el don en sus venas... He aquí donde radica el trabajo, una niña dormida que despierta sus talentos.
Sabías que las zapatillas no son solo un calzado?? Son horas de prácticas y secretos de residencia de cada bailarina?
Me gustaría puedas comentarme que historia guardan tus zapatillas favoritas???
La Danza, las artes y todo aquello que nos impulse, llene de buena energía y a ser cada día mejores desde la expresión y sentir, definitivamente nos ayudará en la vida cotidiana, en lo físico, mental y hasta espiritual.
La abuelita comenta hoy día que Nohe se integra mucho mejor en su colegio y otras actividades. Están muy felices de ello. El pasado Sábado tuvimos el honor de elegirla como Bailarina Homenajeada talento del año 2025. Dónde fue reconocida por su talento.
Y ese reconocimiento es el reflejo del trabajo diario con pasión que imprimo en ello.
Seguiremos trabajando no solo en ella, sino en todas y cada una de nuestras alumnas y que lograr que cada una de esas zapatillas, superen miedos, se sean capaces no solo en la danza sino en la vida.

Her first weeks in my academy for her were quite apathetic, she just watched, her little hands intertwined and did not integrate at all tried to move her and she just stood still, I tried to encourage her but she just stayed there, so for two weeks or so, the time came when Nohe began to use her slippers, in which she began to keep her gifts, one day conversing in a generalized way with the girls I taught them the importance of doing things, regardless of dance; I always tell them to do arts, music, crafts, drawing, sports, yoga, whatever your heart encourages you to do, but do it. .. Discovering your capabilities will always be in the trying.
I worked on different strategies, but it was the moment Nohe started to use her sneakers that she started to give in to her classes and integrate and the one she liked the most was the initiation to gymnastics, only the physical preparation encouraged her, now she could take her by the hand, she accompanied her and the girls were happy and applauded every time she achieved a new step, so we continued... The slippers began to fill with more skills, dexterity, one-handed stars and handstands and jumps.
Those magic shoes were filled with daily work, perseverance, discipline and commitment to herself.
Watching her grow and seeing all that she has achieved has been very satisfying and all this, added to the importance of family support and her teachers, has helped her a lot...
Every day I wear my slippers as a teacher full of responsibility, respect for my students, not as an accessory, but as a symbol of teaching with love, of guiding my students. It's not just about receiving star girls, with the gift in their veins.... This is where the work lies, a sleeping child awakening her talents.
Did you know that slippers are not just shoes? They are hours of practice and secrets of residence of each dancer?

The grandmother comments today that Nohe integrates much better in her school and other activities. They are very happy about it. Last Saturday we had the honor of electing her as the Dancer Tribute talent of the year 2025. Where she was recognized for her talent.
And that recognition is a reflection of the daily work with passion that I put into it.
We will continue to work not only in her, but in each and every one of our students and to achieve that each of these shoes, overcome fears, are capable not only in dance but in life.

Que hermoso, yo colgué mis zapatillas hace mucho tiempo, mi mamá desde pequeña siempre me llevaba a danza y lo disfrutaba mucho pero al final por cuestión de tiempo y debido a la larga distancia de mi casa hasta la escuela de danza no pude asistir a las clases, por lo que mis zapatillas albergan los sueños de esa niña pequeña que siempre le gustó bailar.
Te invito a retomar tus clases hoy día existen academias dónde dan clases adultos, desempolva y a bailar.
Mi academia lleva por nombre artes Ballet mis sueños, por esa misma intención, el sueño de niñas, jóvenes adultas, el sueño de los padres el ver a sus niñas ser Bailarinas. 🩷
