If you tagged them they’ll get back to you. They never don’t solve something. You sent an asset that wasn’t supported, so might just take them some time to get you the TNVDA
How is swap.hive NOT supported when the TNVDA comes from H/E!? that makes ZERO sense!
For the private presale, their post explicitly said HIVE or HBD

@flemingfarm we did reply to this previously and apologize for the inconvenience
In our reply, we said please give us some time to add support for SWAP.HIVE to our private presale mechanism. This was not built in to the system and thus, we can’t send it until it is (it would ruin our accounting as it would create a blind spot)
I’ve told the dev team to drop all activities and focus on fixing this today for you before resuming any other work
The proper TNVDA will be sent to you. I’ll have some extra included for the inconvenience.

Thank you, I never saw the reply and the only one that shows in my history is the reply for vote for holding LSTR tokens. I only saw crickets so why got a bit perturbed. Thanks for taking care of it!
