Day Of Rain, PDC Finals, Co-op Annual Meeting, Incapacitating Migraine, Little Shop Of Horrors - Saturday

My internal clock is weirdly accurate as I have been waking up and looking at the clock to see 3:30 or 4:00am many mornings in a row. Most of the time I just get up since my head woke up right away and going back to sleep is generally too onerous. As it got light the fog became very apparent but that soon gave way to the daylong rain storm.

The Dutch Darts Masters finals was on and Luke Littler Beat Luke Humphries in the first match.

This was the rain that was over us all day long. Came in from the southwest which is why we are in the mid 30sF to mid 40sF for highs and lows. El Nino is really roaring this year.

I had ZERO desire to drive the half hour for the co-op meeting but nicely there was nearly half of us who were remote and it worked out wonderfully. I did not have to drive, got the meeting done, and got to watch darts at the same time. I am now no longer on the co-op board as I did my second term but I am now the VP of our flying club but that is WAY less to worry about.

It was an incredible match between MVG and RVB, both Dutch, and both great players and it came down to the very last dart for MVG to eek out the win. He went on to beat Luke Littler to win the tournament.

After the tournament was over @stryeyz and the boys went up to the gas station and the post office and while they were gone I moved wrong and the spear of pain drove through my skull. It's disturbing just how incapacitating the pain is. I was trying to work on the electrical in J's room but couldn't focus on anything through the pain. It all stems from my back being so far out as I can feel the tension down the right side of my body.

So as I tried to deal with the tsunami of pain I put on Little Shop Of Horrors for the boys to see for the first time. Tend to forget it's a musical until watch it again. Crazy cast too. John Candy, Bill Murray, Steve Martin, Rick Moranis...

With my head destroyed I couldn't do dinner so @streyz got it made then I was out soaking early trying to beat the muscles in my head and neck into submission. It only did so much though and it never really went away overnight. I can still feel it hanging in this morning.

I was up again stupid early this morning but I got to see the WBA vs Wolves FA Cup match that went sideways in the crowd and stands for a while. Good ol English Hooligans. It will be raining more today and I am going to try and get the electrical done in his room. Man Utd play soon, I should wash my clothes, need a shave badly, and hopefully my head will not be hurting too bad that I can grill this evening, and I will go see how high the creek is in the tunnel with all the rain.

It seem like the co-op meaning was really an important one. Also, I’ve got no plans to watch Man United’s match today, lol

Time to sneak an Audrey II into your garden next summer and see how long it takes the boys to find it? I bet a little animatronics work could help sell it even more!

I would love a few of them to be a wall against deer. They would eat super well with the herds that roam around here. When they got big enough they would be able to yell at the highway and draw people in themselves. I would gain quite the fleet of vehicles.

Get a whole ecosystem. Small ones kill bad bugs, grow up to devour gophers, then eventually deer, and finally you can get them a steady diet of Karens from Spokane.
