My perfect Weekend

Namaste
My weekend felt like a mix of boring and hectic moments, almost like two different moods fighting for attention.

Saturday started with an ushering job I had already accepted, so I had to show up early, dress neatly, and stay active throughout the whole event. Before I could even catch my breath, I rushed off to my cousin’s traditional marriage and wedding ceremony.

Everywhere was loud, colorful, and filled with people I hadn’t seen in years. I tried to enjoy myself, but moving from one place to another, smiling endlessly, and standing for long hours made the whole day feel like a marathon. By the time I got home, I was too tired to even think of anything fun.

Then Sunday came, and instead of getting the comfort I was expecting, it turned into the most boring day ever. I stayed home throughout, just staring at my phone, pacing around, and feeling like the hours were dragging slowly. I had nowhere to go, nothing exciting to do, and no one to hang out with. It felt like my energy had been drained but still, the boredom didn’t give me peace.

If I had the chance to plan a perfect weekend for myself, everything would be different. My ideal weekend would be stress-free, peaceful, and filled with things that genuinely make me happy. The first thing I would do is wake up without rushing and go straight into my favorite hobby: cooking. I love trying out different cuisines, mixing ingredients, tasting new flavors, and just being creative in the kitchen. I would also record the process, making little videos for fun or maybe for my social platforms.

On Sunday morning, I’d dress up and attend church service because I like the calm feeling it gives me. After church, I’d love to hang out with a friend or two, nothing loud or stressful, just simple conversations. We would chat about life, discuss business ideas, and talk about future plans that make us feel motivated. Spending time with people who give positive energy would make the weekend feel more meaningful.

I'm sure I could achieve this soon but for now I'm free to dream
Thanks for reading
Bye
