Hooray! Another Mortgage Paid

About 25 years ago, I liquidated a lot of shares my company owned in some Canadian publicly traded companies. I used the proceeds to make a down payment on a couple rental properties.

I moved from investing in stocks, bonds, ETF's to Real Estate properties and now well positioned to grow some digital assets for future generations.

As happy as I am with paying a mortgage off I must say the process was quite sad. Sad because the bank charged an unnecessary fees and required me to follow an inefficient payment process that involved way too many steps.

Now I am thinking that I may help the next generation buy an income property from the sale of some digital assets.

...but for now, we focus on building digital wealth via PEPT
