Thank goodness I’m reading this kind of contents again. Right now I’m doing these things to help me gradually feel better except for this two:

1. Talk with someone about what you are going through
2. Hang out with someone

I don’t know why. It’s just I have these thing in my already: I don’t want them to know, I’m not ready to tell it yet, I don’t want them to feel affective regarding to my current problems, and They would never feel, care or relate to my problems that I’ve always endured. 😔

I totally understand how that feels like, sometimes I'm also scared of talking to someone about what I'm going through but then when I do I just let myself know that nothing can be hidden for so long.

And most especially, I will tell it to someone that I know won't be judgemental, if you don't have someone like that then that's when I'd say you shouldn't talk to someone.

I'm really so glad that you could relate to this, it means a lot to me 💜
