The Sandbag House Reno Project - shedding

The work of converting - or claiming - a corner of the shed for my market "mess" began yesterday.

Things and boxes not touched for millennia must be sorted sold, given away and/or disposed of.

No, not the tools (they are/were The Husband's, his father's and my father's); they most certainly have their uses. They are used and will be relocated. Deeper into the "cave"...

It's not just product stock that must move; this is only some of it... It's the empty jars: new and reclaimed.

More when the "mess" is relocated from what is currently the office ...🤦🏼‍♀️😃

Until next time

Good to make space for you to move around the office, shed is always a handy store room when cleared sufficiently.

Busy doing similar, time consuming to say the least.

The office will be no more when this project is eventually done. So, space for other things.

Good luck with your sorting, Joan

That's nice your making space, those Jams looks delicious. I love Jams for bread filling.

One thing that I am also reluctant to let go, is my tools. I still after all of these years have my Diston saws, and they have pride of place on a shelf in the garage. I have many other tools, but I think that it's just a man thing :))

Always good to make space, and I suppose that the folks at the market love your jams and other goodies. We might travel in that direction again, and if we do, then we will definitely pop in on a Saturday to get some of your goodies milady.

In a conversation with another friend, the consensus is that one always needs tools. The Husband was always generous in lending. A tradition I continue. Our gardener is as protective, ensuring they return.

Hope to see you at the market one day! Let me know. Just in case it's one of those rare weekends when I am not there!

If I had all of the tools that I loaned out returned, then I could open a hardware shop !LOL

Yes, we will for sure let you know when we come that way, and the same goes for you if you come this way.
Hope that you will have a good Saturday, as cold and cloudy skies over here.
