I will help you getting along with step by step learning more about how all this works.

Meanwhile, I already saw some people giving you some welcomes!

As you see, your pending rewards will need 7 day curation until they are "credited". Some will be in form of HIVE "staked" and another in form of the coin you chose on inleo (if you have a blue interface, then you will get DASH). You can then convert this to any other currency you like. I can go through that in 7 days time.

Meanwhile, you can say more hello's, interact with people on the inleo community (which is on top of HIVE and you will be able to see this comment for example also via other UI's). I will go through that too...

For engagement on Hive, people have the change to curate you (meaning liking or disliking it). Which is the process that settles the rewards after the 7 days.

There will be more built into #inleo but I was refering to the fact you can swap/convert to other currencies... either via LEODEX or Hive-Engine market/pools.
