Mi ruta de aprendizaje

Me gusta pensar que siempre hay más por aprender y durante estos dos últimos años he procurado aprender nuevas habilidades y poder obtener nuevos conocimientos, además que me he tomado realmente en serio todo lo que implica ser un criptoentusiasta, de modo que pertenecer a un universo que esta en constante innovación es un reto, y no podemos estancarnos con lo que sabemos, es por ello que me he avocado en encontrar lecturas, realizar cursos y consumir contenido relacionado con lo que me puede parecer relevante.

Me he puesto a mirar un poco, cual ha sido mi ruta de aprendizaje y me he llevado una sorpresa ya que realmente no fue algo planificado, sino, que he ido buscando alimentarme de conocimientos que puedan irse contemplando mientras avanzo. No he invertido dinero en cursos, sino que he buscado opciones libre de costo y he ido complementado a medida de lo posible.

Estos han sido los cursos que he aprobado y actualmente estoy comenzando uno sobre generación de nuevos negocios en la era digital.

Creo que recomiendo mucho a esta plataforma, ofrecen programas por país y tienen abierto una cantidad enorme de cursos, con una inclinación a lo digital. Sin duda, haber aprendido todo esto ha cambiado mi perspectiva de mirar lo digital, además que no miro las cosas como antes.

Haciéndome pensar en como Hive ofrece un horizonte para crear productos innovadores centrados en Web3 y eso es increíble. Y aunque no pienso hacer ningún tipo de spoilers sobre lo que espero crear y bueno, ya estamos trabajando en un par de cositas que espero puedan ser de valor.

Si no te lo has preguntado, sería interesante que lo hagas porque depende de tu respuesta, necesitaras aprender cosas nuevas o mejorar habilidades que ya posees. En mi caso, me he dado el tiempo para aprender todo lo que pueda, entendiendo mis habilidades, mis competencias y mis gustos.

Tener eso bien claro te hace ser consciente de lo que puedes hacer a corto, mediano y largo plazo. En mi caso, sé que cosas puedo hacer y qué no, ahora mismo estoy trabajando en una mejor organización para ser más optimo en mis procesos tanto personales como laborales, además de tomarme muy en serio mi proceso de aprendizaje me he rodeado de personas que sé tienen una mentalidad de crecimiento como la mía.

Quizá parezca cliché la frase "Todo es posible", pero, realmente lo es, solo que para poder crear hay que preparar el terreno. Imagina el proceso biológico de una planta frutal, hay un proceso de crecimiento que será mucho más optimo si se planifico incluso antes de sembrar la planta, al preparar el terreno.

Es decir, para que algo suceda deben existir las condiciones de posibilidad necesarias, y eso es precisamente la educación y el aprendizaje, es proporcionar unas condiciones de posibilidad mínimas para comenzar el proceso de creación.

Quizá en otra oportunidad les hablaré un poco más de lo que he aprendido en cada curso, cuales me han gustado más o cuales siento tienen más potencial, por ahora, quiero hacerles una invitación a cuestionarse. Siempre las cosas pueden ser mejor, y eso aplica para nosotros también.

Esta comenzando el año, puedes planificar una ruta de aprendizaje para todo este 2024. Te has pensado a futuro, a 10 años. ¿Dónde quieres estar en 10 años? ¿Qué estas haciendo hoy para avanzar en esa dirección? recuerda que quien no sabe a donde va, no sabe que llevar en el equipaje.
