Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.

Battle details: I played with earth splinter and my opponent used a earth splinter against me. Warer, Death and Dragon teams were banned in this battle.

Battle Ruleset

It was a battle with 51 mana cap and three rules:

earthquake: Non-flying monsters take 2 melee damage at the end of each round.

Lost legendaries: legendary monsters may not be used in battles.

FiveAlive: Up to five units can be used.

Discussing My Lineup

Summoner, IMMORTALIS level 3. This summoner lowers enemy health and gives my team Void and Shatter abilities.

First Position, GOBLIN MECH level 6. This monster has great melee attack and two abilities: piercing and Stun.

Second Position, MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN level 3. This mage can Taunt my enemies and has a lot of health.

Third Position, GOBLIN PSYCHIC level 7. This monster can remove healing abilities and lower enemy magic attack power.

Fourth Position, HUNTER JARX level 4. A ranger with awesome attack power and two abilities: Snipe and True Strike.

Fifth Position, ULOTH DHAMPIR level 1. Another ranged unit with great stats and Stun ability.

My Strategy & Tips

I used mostly monsters with a lot of health( my tank also had a good armor) in order to oulast my enemy and let him perish from earthquake rule. I also used a medic because I wanted to keep my tank alive longer. One of my rangers was not able to miss a target and the other was able to Stun my enemies. I am a big believer in Stun so I used a tank with this ability as well.

Analysis of The Battle

It was a close battle and for a while I was even afraid that I will lose. But in the end my team was stronger. By the end of the battle only two my ranged units survived but they were able to slay last enemy monster and claim victory.
