Fiery plays The Witcher 3 part 87: Evil incarnate.

Last time we fulfilled the third wish of an immortal nobleman Olgierd von Everec- We met with his now dead wife Iris, visited her painted world, recreated Iris memories and got a violet rose from her.

In this part we went to the inn. We hoped to meet Olgierd to give him the violet rose as proof that we did his last task as well. Olgierd was not in the inn. Instead Gaunter o'Dimm was waiting for us there. Some drunk interupted us asking us to drink with him. Gaunter o'Dimm when was able to casually stop time and freeze everyone except Geralt and himself. After that Master Mirror threw a fly to the soup of one of Olgierd's soldiers who was waiting for us. Then Gaunter o'Dimm explained that he was always fascinated by time so he learned to control it. We asked Master Mirror just who exactly he is but he refused to tell us that. Instead he told us that we have nearly paid off our debt by fulfilling all three Olgierd's wishes. He asked us for one last favor-to draw Olgierd to a temple of Lilvani. After that Master Mirror left but before that he used a spoon to killed a drunk who interrupted us. Time started moving again. We told Olgierd's soldier that Olgierd is to meet us at the temple. And the soldier told us that our friend medic Shani was looking for us.

We went to see Shani. She was getting ready to move to the front of battlefield. We asked her why she is moving and she told us that curing wounded is her calling. She also gave us some more information about Olgierd. Appearently nearby lives a professor who knows a lot about him. But that professor is guarded by witch hunters so meeting him will be hard. But Shani helped us to sneak into this professors house.

Professor was blind man, standing in a magical circle and never leaving it. He told us the truth about Olgierd and Gaunter o'Dimm. It turns out that Gaunter o'Dimm is Evil incarnate and can't be killed only beaten in a game. The only thing he truly cares about is taking human souls. Olgierd made a pact with Gaunter o'Dimm in order to restore his families fortunes and marry the woman he loved- Iris. But this was a costly deal. He had to sacrifice his brother Vlodimir. And after the pact was made Olgierd lost all he had. Even his love for Iris. At some point Olgierd hired the professor to find a way to escape from his pact with Gaunter o'Dimm. After talking with us professor was glad he could help us. At that point part of the second floor collapsed and he was forced to leave magical circle. He slipped on a bottle, hit his head and died. So magical circle was not a joke...
