Fiery plays The Witcher 3 part 86: PAINted world and Violet Rose.

Last time we fulfilled the second wish of an immortal nobleman Olgierd von Everec- We took his brother's ghost to a wedding and showed him the time of his life. We also had a one night stand with our friend Shani. After that we went to see Olgierd to ask what is his last wish. Our final task was to bring Olgierd a specific violet rose he gave to his wife Iris a long time ago.

In this part we went to Olgierd's family manor. There we saw a thief who came with another friend to loot the manor. The second thief went ahead to open the doors. But the manor was surrounded by some strange and unnatural mist. So we assumed that second thief may already been killed by some foglet. We heard some strange sounds as well. The first thief ran away and we went into the garden of the manor. We found something much worse than a foglet. Some kind of abomination without a face stood in our way. It was a hard fight but after a while we managed to slay it. After that we encountered two more weird beings. One of them looked like a cat and the other resembled a dog. But they were not an ordinary animals because they were able to talk.

Inside the manor we had to fight a wraith. After that we entered the room where was Iris...well her dead body at least. ,,Dog'' and ,,Cat'' suggested that we should bury Iris body. This helped us to summon Iris ghost but she was not yet able to talk with us. She summoned a painting and somehow entered inside of it. We followed her into a painted world.

Inside the painted world we had to recreate memories of Iris. At first her and Olgierd marriage seemed like a fairy tale. But soon Olgierd started growing more and more distant. He tried to use dark magic in order to quit his pact with Gaunter o'Dimm/ Master mirror. But no matter what spells Olgierd used he could not escape the pact.

Finally Iris father announced that Iris and Olgierd marriage was void. This pissed Olgierd off(as much as he was able to be pissed of because he was already barely feeling anything as a result of his dealings with Gaunter o'Dimm) so he killed his father in-law and fed his corpse to the dogs. Needless to say the death of her father did not improve Iris and Olgierd's relationship. Then we had to face Iris greatest fear. Olgierd. He had many bodies so fighting them all at once was another difficult fight.

After that we met with what was remaining of Iris and asked her to give us violet rose that Olgierd gave her when he left her. The rose was long dead in the real world but was still blooming in the Iris painted world. It was the last thing still sustaining Iris ,,alive''. Still Iris gave us the rose and ceased to exist. ,,Cat'' and ,,Dog'' no longer had to serve Iris so they thanked us for freeing them. They also gave us a final gift- advice and warning to be careful in our dealings with Gaunter o'Dimm. Their last words were some vague advice about a glass that can't be broken.
