Fiery makes...Manga?

Back in my school and studies years I was writing books. A continuation of Lord of the Rings, a detective and my favorite- a fantasy story of my own: Mourn of the Sword. I did not finish any of those books. Now more than a decade later I have another idea. I will try to turn my book Mourn of the Sword into manga(Japanese comic. I guess this time it will be lithuanian comic...). I have no idea how many pages/ chapters( or even volumes?) I will be able to create. Still this will be very ambitious undertaking for me. I hope that you will join me in this experiment and enjoy it as much as I enjoy making it. So far I only created a cover art for my manga. And I may still change it later.

At first I drew the mountain. Then added the sword and made it cry and bleed. After that I added the monster.

After that I colored the background and started coloring this cover.

I finished coloring the monster and then comleted the cover drawing by coloring the mountain.

Would be interesting to see. There are a lot of tools now to create your own manga unlike before.

Thank you. I am still not decided if I will keep current cover or change monster into completely grey.

Thank you. The program I use has many tools that should help me. But I still think that this will be one of the most challenging things I have done. Especially drawing the same character in a way that it would look at least similar to himself...

This would make a sick cover, or a world ending event in a comic series or manga like you said. Looks chaotic, cursed, and kinda majestic in its own unique way.
