Hope that all went well with the flight.

No tour yet, and will let you know when it's done. Took some shots of a fire below the golf course, and will do a post about it.

Will be on the lookout for that fire post, if you had not already posted it. Will go and look. We drove home when we saw the smoke on the horizon and as we drove to the golf course in Somerset (not Strand) we were met with ash rain! It was eerie and strange.

Thank you so much. The flight was good and I am safe with the fiance! Life already started again as she is busy with classes.

Ah, so you also saw the smoke, and we tried to go and have a look, but no access, so I could only get shots from the road.

Happy that you are bonded with your fiancé, and now life will be good again, regardless of the working interferences.

For sure! But the work interferences were bad this week. I am marking again, and the preparation work was a lot.

It is always so sad to see the fires roaring like that. The last bits of green in the area going up in flames. I hear from my parent that it is incredibly dry again with the winds drying out everything even more.

I am talking in between the slavery my friend, as surely you guys get some free moments together.

So dry that it dries our throats in bed at night, and the winds are at their wild strongest blowing people and what not right out of their IDs. !LOL
