Just Tried The Tastiest Barbecue - Every Bite Gives Flavor, And Every Meat Was Beautifully Cooked With Perfection

Hello hivers, it's been a month I didn't post a blog here. I hope everyone is doing well.
This time, I'll share with you my experience eating Barbecue here in Camp 8, Baguio City where I stay for this month. Because I'm just new here, I tried to make myself familiar with the place. Well it's few minutes apart at the town.
Because every time I pass, the smell really captiviting which was makes me think to try it. And that time, it rained so it's perfect to eat such.

When I went there, sister was preparing for the barbecue and I'm the first customer and she said to me to wait first because she and her Ate would prepare for the grill and need to make the coal hot.

Then Ate started roasting the barbecue I ordered. I just pick what I can ate because I'm only the one who was at the boarding house. While Ate is cooking it, I can really smell the flavorful aroma which was my first time to smell because it's different from the other barbecue i tasted before. If you can really smell it from a distance, you won't hesitate to try it.
They have different types of Barbecue which was from pig, and chicken. Also, they grilled catfish, but I did not tried it as it was bit bit pricey but for sure, it tastes good.

As Ate cooking it, I can't wait to taste a bite. You can see the smoky, juicy that it gives. No wonder why they always sold out as I asked Ate about their barbecue. She also added that, there were customers who ordered a lot especially the pig intestine and they need to prepare for more. Well, you can't really skip not to buy in their small restaurant because of how they cooked food plus they are welcoming.
I'm going to ask another question but my ordered was cooked already. So, I go home just to eat with rice. If you remember the post I posted it here about street food wherein I also had eaten with it rice and the same way what I ordered, I ate it with rice. It's good combination for me to eat with rice especially when the sauce gives a crumb. I can really say that this Barbecue I ate was the best - it was flavorful,juicy, tender, and cooked well. Because of that, I consume 2 cups of rice haha. So, I will eat in another day again for this. I love to end my blog here. Thanks for stopping by.
