I was with my parent some days ago to help them on the farm since its my off day i decided to help them on the farm. While we are the farm we make use of the poultry dung to increase the the growth of the maize on the farm.

They have chicken inside the poultry house so all their dung they put it at one side which made it possible for to use the manure at any point in time. And that is why mixed farming is good because nothing will be a waste at the end.

Beside the maize we opened the ground alittle and pour the manure inside the hole and bury it. This practice will improve the soil quality bwhich will help the maize growth and the productivity of the maize.
