Creating a wellness activity for myself
Since we enter into year 2026, I have tried as much as possible to focus on myself and focusing on myself means a lot to me.

Most time immediately I wake up,all my mind will be at work and this has been going on for long but know I change everything most especially my morning schedule. Whenever I wake up I drink water which I place beside my bed because I might forget so whenever I see the water I usually force myself to drink it, am this type of person that don't usually drink water. I have a bottle I carry all around the work place just to help me and remind me that I have to drink water every now and then.

After taking water, I did some little exercises with the music on and moving my body left and right. Sometimes I might do that for 20minutes but most times is for 10minutes.
Someone said eating morning food that is breakfast is very important to the body, so I take time to cook and enjoy my meal. Work time starts 11am so all the things I have to do before going to work I do them and make sure I enjoy myself before going work.
