Maslow, right? He talks about the hierarchy of needs and it it's very critical even till today, because man looks for satisfaction, man looks for an ability to be able to belong to an environment. So beyond just the psychological, the physiological needs or the safety needs, man starts to ascend that.
So if I work in an environment where my purpose is not aligned to the purpose of the organisation, you tend to hear things like, oh, my organisation is tiring, I hate working here, I am dissatisfied, I'm not where I need to be.
Guess what? Business leaders, business owners, wherever we find ourselves, we have the opportunity to create. That experience of, oh wow, I really love working here regardless of where I'm working here from, or Oh no, it was a mistake joining this organisation in the 1st place.
