Yeah. So give or take about 33 years, 34 years, 35 years. I mean, we all grew up at the time when our parents actually disciplined us. Compared to parenting now, the average millennial is already a parent if you look at it. So the truth is it's going to be disingenuous for a millionaire to say, oh, I'm in a generation where they are no rules. It doesn't work like that. I mean, it's like you really are not rules just means there's going to be anarchy, right?

So it's necessary to have the requisite. Combine that with your innovation and your golden. Leaders of the future that we say we are, we need to take. Sometimes rules can be straitjacketed. Because leaving people to just their own wings and campuses to say, oh. Army generation.
Why generation? Whatever. They're not going to be any kind of that There's there'll be direction, there won't be any kind of look. He just opens, he opens us up to a state of disorganization and absolute creation. Absolutely. So as millennials who right now are sort of carrying the touch from our parents and handing over to the next generation.
We should be those ones in the middle who should stand for some sort of order. Because innovation without order is chaos, really. That's very, very interesting. And that's suitable innovation without order because that that's it. You can just have this thing, but then if you don't have structure or substrate, handle it.
