Giving sincere compliments requires some reflection and attention. A compliment should be a true expression of our feelings and not just words to beautify reality. Compliment can be related to a personal quality such as honesty, kindness, or even the way you deal with others. For example, you could say to someone: “I always appreciate how much you think about others,” or “Your smile adds so much positivity to everyone’s day.” The key is for the compliment to be sincere and specific, so that the other person feels like you notice the little details that make them special.
