ZapFicMonday - ZapFic240: "Minimum"

In Nigeria today, the NYSC Cooper have had this smile on their faces ever since their minimum wage was massively increased. The were ben paid 30-40k in naira but now it have increased to a bit self satisfactory amount. I know they are glad.
