What Is Mental Health?
Mental health is a state of being emotional, physically, stable. Being able to take stand and sort life challenges without being stuck or frustrated at a journey part.

It sassens me to see a lot of mentally unstable people claiming to be okay just to continue with life activities. We are not robots and therefore, we deserve to rest when it gets too much and tends to introduce depression.
Our overall health should be our priority and matter to us. It will be a world lessen problem if we handle mental breakdown very well.
How i Cope
Being able to Cope with the demands of modern life can be a bit challenging, here are some strategies i apply
Prioritize self-care: Making time for activities that nourish my mind, body, and soul, such as exercise, meditation, or hobbies.
Setting boundaries: I have Learnt to say "no" to non-essential commitments and establish a healthy work-life balance.
Staying connected: Building and maintaining relationships with supportive family and friends.
Practicing mindfulness: Learning to focus on the present moment and let go of worries about the past or future.

Seek professional help: If i see myself struggling, i consider consulting a mental health professional for guidance and support.
Take breaks: I do allow myself to take rest and recharge.
Staying adaptable: I have embrace being open to change and flexible in my approach.
