This is caused by sexually transmitted bacteria, if not properly treated will inflame the pelvic.
Bacteria that cause PID are not to be taken for granted.
It's important to note that PID can also be caused as a result of having multiple sex partners. And while treating it you must treat it with ur partner and during treatment, you must abstain from sex.
PID is caused by more than 2 bacteria and you must treat it with more than one antibiotic, and treatment should last for at least 2 weeks. PID is dangerous because it can cause infertility. If you have PID please seek immediate treatment, it can scare and block your tubes.
