I realize you're a nurse (and much respect for that! π), but you should still consider providing sources for your information. Not just this post, but the one about strokes, and others. It would be good for your credibility as well as boosting Hive's reputation! π
And please to turn away from those over-sweetened, high in processed fats, high in preservative stabilizers, any chemicals that have more than two syllables saturated Junk foods.
