In live , majority of people actually spend their lives trying to please other people ,doing what is expected of them, meeting with deadlines and responsibilities, but don't really take time to discover what makes them unique. Being effective is good , but the true meaning of life is when we discover what truly set us apart and then helping others to discover their own unique potential.

What then is your voice , your voice can be defined as where strength and passion meet in service to others. This live is not just about living and then doing what we are told to do , we can do more by lighting the spark in others, helping them to believe in themselves, and see new possibilities they can achieve. This is a perfect example of someone who found their voice.

Titles and authority are very little to compare to what defines true leadership. It is all about being your real self. Leading from your voice has a way of inspiring others to also do the same by discovering and sharing theirs.
