Priorities Matter more
Productive and busy are two different words. In this busy world , many people actually engage themselves with a lot of task , only to find out that at the end of day or week, that what truly mattered was not done.
Focusing on priorities are what actually drives real progress, and not just filling time.
.
Most people might find it hard to comprehend, but this is actually very true. someone who works as a manager might spend a lot of time answering email, taking calls, being present in small meetings, but when it comes about the big project, the one that actually drives the company forward, it remains untouched. Are they busy ? ,yes, are they effective or productive ?, no.
Even in your personal lives , have you ever looked back and thought about how you could have done things differently. Things that are considered urgent makes the loudest noise , while the most important ones sit quietly in the background and only gets noticed when things are too late.
This is the main reason why it really matters to put first thing first. That has to do with you refusing or saying no to task that might appear urgent but won't matter in the long run
You can start small, each day, write down your top three priorities. It could be anything , maybe goals, spending some time with friends , family , or loved ones. Or maybe something that is strongly related to your personal growth and development. Then allocate time to them before any other thing fills this schedule.
If you can learn to sincerely protect what matters most to you , you are one step closer to not allowing yourself to be controlled by busyness, and then immediately start taking charge and control of yourself.
Apply this method and them come back under this post and tell me how you were able to be more procuctive.

I like this reminder , being productive is about results and not just activities
In this generation it is difficult to actually spare sometime for family interaction, we are all so busy that we have little or no time for family.
If there’s one thing I learnt the hard way, it’s how to delete stuff to people. Once you have a lot to do, you just need to filter out the most important ones, work on them and delegate the basic ones. That way, you’re killing two birds with one stone.
