The Thoughts Of Man and The Wisdom Of God. MCGI Topic Review

After watching the MCGI video, the first scripture that came to my mind was

>“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV

Not many can know or understand the thought of God because he said in his word that his thoughts are not man's thoughts. One thing that helps a man make a decision is what he sees, and what he sees is what will help him think logically. After the introduction of science, man has deemed themselves to think everything has a logical explanation, which is why anything that doesn't follow logic doesn't seem right to a man.

This is why man has been limited in many ways. The speaker was saying something, we as humans have been given a limit. That is, some of the things we can do physically have limits, just like our eyes, it has it's limits, and there are just some things and how far our physical eyes can see.

Now, what I understand and depict from this is that there is a level our eyes can see, but when we are really connected with God, we would be able to see farther than what the physical eyes can see. One of the ways to connect directly with God was said in the book of Matthew.

>“Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Before a man can see and connect with God, he has to have a pure heart, meaning, he has to be holy. Holiness brings us closer to God, and one thing it does is that it purifies our minds so that whatever we think would be something that would limit God. "As a man thinketh, so he is." If a man thinks everything logically, then he would be able to command some things that are beyond logic, because the Almighty God moves in ways that have no Logic.

So, do our thoughts limit the work of God sometimes? Yes, it does, and the reason is that we lack faith in his power. So whenever we want to think or see the world, we need to see it from the point of God's holiness and power. This will help us discipline our minds and help us on our walk with God.
