WHAT CAN IMPROVE HIVE-REACHOUT COMMUNITY

Hive reach out is one of the community I don't take for granted because of the vision it has. One of the things that gives me fulfilment is in the area of humanitarian services. This was one of my driving force when I was serving. I was a leader of a community Development Services group. I was deeply involved in reaching out to the society, community at large with services that would add a quantum leap to their lives.

That was how the burden was intensified and I was able to replicate it in the life of my wife. One of the things that excites us is when we reached out to people. We have been able to reach out to so many different kind of people within our locality. I could remember a widow was literally shading tears of joy as we paid the school fees of her children and still gave her some change for her upkeep. It was a wonderful experience. I wouldn't want to take all the time sharing about my journey in the sphere of reaching out to people. I have done that countless of time and even this weekend I am reaching out to a rural community.

When I saw the topic for this edition, I was glad and I also see this as an opportunity to give my quota to the development of humanity and this community. I think the cardinal reason for the establishment of this community is to see how hive can change or touch lives in any way. In a short while, I would share my little input on how this community can be better and strive well.

• From the caption of the name, it shows that this community is not just a place of theories but practical. I would have personally invent a new name to be known as a reality and practical community where people feel the impulse of hive. Many don't have sufficient idea about hive and there's a misleading information about web3 blockChain that many people don't know. This community is in better position to orientate and bring a clear perspective to people. Therefore one of the ways to make this community better is by doing what the name implies reaching out to people. Attempt was made last year to reach out to orphanage. We can do More this year.

• Aside the weekly writing engagement, we could introduce a hangout once in a while where the members would air out their mind and make positive contribution for the development of the community. It could be done on discord or any social handles the community feels ok.

• We can make this community better by setting out our goals clearly for the year and break it down into months etc. so that we won't be doing things blindly and also to eliminate distraction. We can list out the kind of activities we want to achieve so that every member plans towards it.
