THE POWER OF GOAL EVALUATION

Thank God for another new month called May. I want to celebrate everyone that has been consistent in using the Ecency apps all this while. I felt strong to share about how powerful goal evaluation is considering the fact that we are in the fifth month. I'm quite sure that this month would be better than the previous ones.

One of the outstanding difference between successful people and others is what I considered goal setting. The truth remains that the significance of goal setting can't be overemphasized neither completely be eradicated. When you don't have goal you aren't far from a tree that has no roots which can be blown any how at any time. Since I got to realized how powerful goal is, my life has never remained the same rather it's been one level of transformation to the other.

My mentor never for once lived without engaging into goal setting. A goal is like an eye that guides one. The reason why many had stumbled in the course of life and felt like giving up is because they don't have a goal or lack the basic principles or unit of life. A lady almost committed suicide but God intervene and out of no goal. Whether you are alive or not goal can be achieved because it's written down.

In as much as goal setting is good however it's expedient that one learns how to evaluate such goals. When a goal is not evaluated, achieving it might be very difficult to actualize it. Evaluation of goal entails monitoring such goals to know the progress till actualization.
Let me share two basic tips I considered with high regards in order to evaluate goal.

• Identify the goal and ascertain whether it possesses the attributes of goal such as being specific, measurable, attainable,bounded by time, etc. this would make it easier to evaluate it.

• Be intentional or be deliberate in handling any goal. It's important that you focus and put strength to ensure the birthing and grooming of it.

I hope these few thoughts would cause a quantum leap in your life.
