THE COUNTRY I LIKE...

Source
If I had the privilege to travel out, one of the first countries I would like to visit is Uganda. Is not as though I don't like my country but for the sake of this write up I decided to choose it. Initially I was contemplating which of these countries would I write? I would have preferred my country of origin but since it's left open, let me attempt to capture about Uganda.

Uganda is one of the countries we have that makes up many other countries we have in Africa. It's known as the Republic of Uganda situated in East Africa. According to research, it's said to have boarders with Rwanda, Tanzania, South Sudan and Kenya. Ever since I was growing up, I used to watch most at times in satellite dish the East Africa nations especially channels from Tanzania. Sometimes the kind of program being presented in Tanzania captures my heart a lot and since then I started developing a wish to invade such countries. Thank God for this post at least by writing and imagination I would say I have visited Uganda this year.... please don't laugh oooooo 😂😆😂

Uganda is a great country as far as Africa is concerned, it would be hard not to see at least mountain or one feature that would capture one's heart or the other. The land of Uganda has Savannah, forests and mountains. This kind of terrain calls for lots of activities both within and without which could even add a quantum push to the economic growth and development of the nation. The kind of climatic condition experienced is normally rainy and dry seasons. This seasons creates opportunity for farming and other things.

Agricultural practices are pivotal as far as Uganda's economy is concerned. This is a similar prayer I have been praying for my country to focus and harnessed the opportunities tied to agriculture. In Uganda, major crops farmed includes coffee , cotton, tobacco. These are essential raw materials that are transformed into so many finished products that are consumed across the world today.

Uganda used to draw attention of people because of the kind of terrain and mountains they have. The government decides to leverage on this to empower the economy development as well. Raising different tourist centre where visitors admire the natural beauty and wildlife.

The official Languages of Uganda are English and Swahili. They have more than forty ethnic groups. Their cultural attires are so adorable 🥰😍 how I wished I am there now to celebrate one of their festival.

It was my lecturer that actually shared with me more about Uganda especially their educational system. He went for his sabbatical leave. It was a moment of refreshing. He told me lots of things about the place. They are consistent and never jam-packed things the way we do in Nigeria. You don't have to offer so Many courses instead you choose right from the beginning what you intend to study then you focus in it. I wished one day I would go for my postgraduate studies.

Uganda is a beautiful country full of so many opportunities. Thanks so much for reading through my entry for this edition.

Well, everyone have what they like. I will read more about Uganda to see what makes you want to visit the country. I love the other facts you said about them but they are facts like my country Nigeria, so I would like to visit a country that is totally different from my country.
Amazing post.

Ok boss. The educational system is stable than Nigeria and they don't have multiple courses. You start focusing on what you want to be right from primary school.

WOW 😲! I love this country too. These days almost every country in Africa is better than Nigeria. I don't know the giant of Africa is becoming the least because of corruption

Thanks for sharing
