I see advise as a guide or counsel given to someone in order to make decision at the end. Advice can be seen as direction, opportunity, help given to someone. It can either be positive or negative but the end product is that it will transform you. I can't proceed without expressing my unreserved appreciation to the entire management of this beautiful community for all these initiatives. I must say that all the topics of this week has been quite interesting.
The first set of human beings that started giving me advice are my wonderful parents. Since I was like a little baby, they would scold me and tell me the right path to move. As I kept growing up, most of life was not longer spent with them but either school or elsewhere. I started having different forms of counselors at various stages of life. I would like to share about few who really stood out for me because of their deliberateness. Let me share how my first mentor influenced my life by his productive counsel. Kindly note that some advice are self centred or selfish. After I completed or obtained my first tertiary school certification, he said Youngman don't stop at this point but forge ahead to obtain your at least first degree. I had a serious passion to join a mission organisation then but his counsel really opened my eyes to other deeper things I never knew. As I took heed to the advice, I proceeded for my first degree and behold it was another ground breaking for me. I was more refined and prepared there with great experiences. Had it been I stopped at a point, I would have missed this glorious opportunity. This is was the counsel that gave me direction and foundation in pursuance of God's given vision over my life. I lost communication with him.

Another outstanding advice that changed me was the advice my elder brother gave me when I was learning more on how to seek God and hear from him. He practically gave me strategies on how to enjoy my smooth walk with God. He didn't coarse me but left it open for me to make choice at the end it was life transforming which I can't never forget in a rush. He said my brother, never you compete with any one and learn to always wait on God for the set time over your life. Whatever I need, I should ask God because He's the provider and the rock that never fails. As simple as this might be within one month I saw it coming to play and since then life hasn't remain the same. He also gave me lots of advices when I was preparing for my wedding. He said i should manage my resources so that the first phase of marriage won't be a struggling time to me. He added that the best wedding is my own hence no need comparing and competing. I am always in touch with him till date.
I would like to conclude with the advice I received from my beautiful wife. I think after God, she's next to my life. Her input has added so much to me in many facets which I can outline all of them now. Her advice worked in our finances, spiritual life and every other aspect of life.
On your way to destiny, pray to meet with the right people and right advice. You're a product of any advice you take in therefore be careful and watchful. Thanks

Good you listened to continue your educational pursuit. Having people that give sound advice is very rare but when we get one it is good we hold them with high regards.

Advices from a benevolent and compassionate person always make your decision making facile. You get alot of advices. You can’t judge just by listening which is more reliable and to check credibility you must evaluate it based on who is advising how is advising and does it suit you…
