Hi lovelies, I'm so excited to share with you another important aspect of the lifestyle issue which concerns many of us today. Every human being is created with an emotion but what we need is to secure measures how certain emotions can be managed especially the ones that have negative impacts.

Before I proceed I would like to thank the community leadership for creating this kind of great platform for several of us to display and give our little input to add value to humanity. I will like to focus on the issue of anger and how to deal or manage anger. Managing anger can be equated to managing fire. Therefore it's very important to know how to manage it. I will share some tips that would help one to manage anger.

The first thing in order to manage anger is to be open hearted and recognize when you are angry. There are many people that believe that they can't be angry therefore even when they are angry it becomes very difficult for them to accept it. When you don't admit or realize that you are angry then managing it would be a great challenge. Also try and identify the root cause of your anger.

Another way to manage anger is to take a breath. This implies going out for recreational activities like jogging, racing, and other sports. Eat good food alongside. Be intentional in minding your business or what concerns you. Most people are angry at what doesn't concern them at all. When you step out for recreational activities, it would enable you to free your mind from other things. Anger has ruined a lot and denied them accessibility to a greater height. It's expedient that one gets a way out or ways to manage it .

Kind of reminds me of the movie Anger Management, first step is to recognise when you are angry, which means you have to admit you are angry.. and many people struggle with step number one lol.
