HOW TO GAIN PEACE
I'm excited to bring forth entry for this edition of aprilinleo. It comes with another beautiful theme that I can't just keep calm. Before I proceed let me quickly share habits entails.
Habit refers to behavior or what people do consistently over time. Habit can be seen as practices that is part of one's life which plays out regularly. It can be seen as sets of behavior learned or being influenced by other factors.
What constitutes habits of an individual?
There are many factors that stirs up or triggers habits. It can be gotten through practices or learning experiences. Another key factor is that it could be done consciously or unconsciously which the individual does not know. On the other side habits could be seen or be as a result of repetition of behavior.
There are varied types of habits in the globe today however I would like to make a quick note on just two which I consider very vital. We have the good habits which has to do with emotional well being of an individual. When one is psychologically and mentally ok. While bad habits on the other side are negative behavior that can harm or havoc an individual.
Habits plays a vital role to humans especially in the place of growth and self development. It can also affect physical and mental well being.

This can not be achieved easily like that because it requires some deliberate steps and concerted effort and practices. In order to ascertain habit that would give peace the following are vital;
- Have a good mind or cleared mind. The Bible says how can a young man keep his ways pure? By obeying the word of the Lord. This is synonymous to what to do to have peace. Learn to clear your mind from all sorts of garbage and dirts that can contaminant one. Your mind affects your habits therefore feed your mind with quality things. Meditate on things that are good and noble.
- Another habit that would enable one to reach inner peace is to learn to be tolerant. The degree to which you are tolerant will determine the extent to which you would relate and share things with others. When you live in peace with others, it would strengthen your bones. The state of being in peace is an important level in every that everyone desires attained.
- One of the things to be done daily or as a routine is to study the lives of other people and see how you would craete your own pattern. When you study the plight and perils of others, you would be able to draw inference that would suit you.
Habit that reach inner peace is a battle that must be fought squarely because nothing good comes easy. I could remember when I was downcast because of the death of my elder brother. It really affected my emotions such i batteled to gained back my peace. One of the strategies I used was to pray to my God. I considered this as the most prominent weapon that one needs. After a while, I was restored and things came back to normalcy.
