BEHAVIORAL TRAITS

Selection of offspring hmmm if this is left in the hands of man, the world would be boring because everyone would like to go for good thing and the question is who takes the bad???

Behavioural traits are patterns or characteristics of behavior that describes or defined the personality of an individual and interaction with others in the society.
These traits are of different categories depending on the kind of personality or other factors.

Some of the factors that influences behavioral traits includes;

• Environment. Where you live, the surroundings, family, culture and your interaction with other people. The environment consists of both the biotic and abiotic components which creates a ground for any kind of influence. It could be culture like in Africa setting, there are certain cultural behavior that influences a child either positively.
• Another influence could arise from learning process. We can learn behavior from other people the way they live and hear about other people's experiences. For instance if a woman is pregnant and another comes around to share her experience gradually it will rubbed up on the person listening.
• behavioural traits can be influenced through genes. In this, there are different types of behavioral traits that can be passed on. Like being shy, strict. Even eating habits or ability to cope with stress.

Everyone's desire and expectation is for a child be useful and relevant for their generation. No parents wishes that their wards copy negative attributes or misbehave in the society.
I have been blessed with three children as I clearly shared in one of my previous posts not up to a week. I pray over them and wish they become better than myself.

If my children should copy directly my kind of lifestyle and the traits I possess, oh yes they would great in life because at least my wife and I have similar genetic components like blood group and genotype. This would be awesome if they possess that.

The joy of parenting is that the child will emulate the positive traits to be useful in his generation. No two individual are the same therefore I won't like to impose a trait in my child but I will constantly pray that they pick godly virtues.

If I were left to select the generic components of my children hmmm the kind of blood group I would like is O+ while the genotype will be AA. I would want them to be peace makers and always apologize whenever they made mistakes. I would want them to have high skills for innovation and other manipulative skills for self reliance.
