It's quite a long time since I engaged this amazing platform. I've been busy with work and other aspects of life. I'll make it a routine to drop post constantly to add to the weekly and monthly active users with my traffic oriented posts. Today let's talk about health and daily hustling.

What is Health?
Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of disease or infirmity. Good health helps people live a full life.

Good health is central to handling stress and living a longer, more active life.

The last paragraph will lead us to the area of hustling and why many have become more ill during their day-to-day operations in order to make ends meet.

What is Hustle?
Hustle means you work harder, smarter, and faster than other people.

Many hustlers go out on a daily basis to look for money and some times they don't meet up with their daily targets. This makes them to work more harder in order to make more money and little do they know that they're destroying their health.

Hustling without adequate balanced meal and proper healthcare can lead to disasters and instead of making and saving more money, you spend all you have in treating sicknesses that comes from not resting and taking care of your health.

What is the wealth in-between health and hustle?
A stitch in time saves nine they say and that's actually true. Hustling gets you money and eating the right food and going for constant medical checkup will help you out of health emergencies.

One of the ways people ignorantly waste their saving is waiting for health challenges to come before taking actions that will keep them healthy.

Working with your health in mind is the wealth in-between that many do not see.

To stay healthy, eat fruits and vegetables, take out time to sleep and engage in exercises.
