LOH#242..... Blessing and curse.

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog.

It is nice to participate in this week's Loh prompt.

Reincarnation is the belief held by most spiritual or religious people that the soul continues to exist after the physical body dies and is likely to be reborn into a new body.

Personally, do I believe in reincarnation? No, I do not believe in reincarnation but I have heard stories about it. I have heard many people who said that people reincarnate if they have an unfinished business on Earth and they will be reborn just to finish what they have to do.

If I could have the powe or choice r to reincarnate, I will love to do it and I would love to keep the memories of my past life but without meeting the same people again. Having my past memories will be good for me because I will get to remember the good and bad ones.

Living a new life with my past memories would help me navigate my new life. Meeting new people will be a blessing to me and I will get to learn new things from them in my new life. Though it might seem a bit difficult to live in a strange place with strange people because the past will still be lingering in my mind, but the present will unfold new and better things without the familiar presence of those that shaped my previous life.

Reincarnation is a blessing and a curse. Like getting to come back to life with your past memories but not seeing the people you shared those memories with. If they were good to me in my previous life, that would mean that I would miss them terribly. But if the people I knew from my past life were terrible, then it would be a blessing not to see them around me again.

I would make use of the memories of my past hurts, pains and betrayals to live

a balanced life. Those things I allowed which resulted in me being betrayed, I would avoid doing such things with the people around me.

I will try not to allow a repeat of those Hurts and pains. I'm not saying that my new life will be free from hurts and pains. All I am saying is that, I'd be able to see the signs and navigate myself around it accordingly.

The past might hunt me but I'll be stronger and better because I would want to channel a better life for myself, seeing that I now have a second chance at life.

Your view on reincarnation being both a curse and blessing, resonated with me the most. The pain of not seeing those I made memories with, would actually fill me with much sadness, I'd begin to question if that option was worth it. I'd rather lose it all please

It good to have your memories though it will be hard because those you share it with are no more but you can use the old memories to make a new meaning for your life and to avoid the mistakes of the past.

Trying not to make the same mistakes of the past and at the same time having the opportunity to meet new people seems like a good way to take advantage of that opportunity, although it will depend on how much you miss your loved ones 😊

Forgetting is itself a double edged sword.
Do we risk losing the good memories as well as the bad?
An individual choice.
The Good memories make us human.
The Bad memories are why were human.
