The Most Enjoyable Part of Me Right Now #230

Hello, beautiful ladies of Hive! I hope this week brings prosperity, success, and happiness to everyone. It’s a great week, and I’m excited to share my entry for the second query: The Most Enjoyable Part of My Life Right Now.

Thinking back to childhood, life was so much easier. Our parents took care of everything, school fees, meals, and daily needs. They worked hard to provide the best for us, ensuring we had everything necessary to succeed.

Looking back now, I’m deeply grateful to my parents. If I hadn’t received an education, I don’t know where I would be today. I still remember the joy of graduating, realizing that education had shaped me into someone who could fit into society and work alongside other professionals.

Fast forward to today, becoming a parent myself has been a life-changing experience. When I had my first baby, I realized the importance of stepping beyond my comfort zone, interacting with others, and finding ways to earn a living. Motherhood has taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work. It has pushed me to learn new skills and become financially independent.

If I were still relying on my parents, I wouldn’t have discovered the strength within me. As a graduate, I know it’s not right to depend on my father’s retirement benefits. Instead, I am working hard to build a future for myself and my child.

Parenthood has been the most enjoyable and fulfilling part of my life right now. It comes with challenges, but it has also shaped me into a stronger, wiser, and more independent person.

I’m not saying young ladies should leave their parents immediately. But when the right time comes, you will see the need to step out, start a family, and take responsibility for your life. One of my greatest joys right now is stepping out to work and contribute financially to my family, alongside the support of my husband. I see my children as our shared responsibility. If my husband supports us, I shouldn’t just sit at home, I should also do my part to care and contribute.

Honestly, my original plan was to graduate and marry a rich man who would handle all the bills while I lived a comfortable life. But I ask myself, if that had happened, what kind of family would I have today?

Life had other plans for me. I got pregnant at an early age, and it wasn’t easy. I faced rejection, mockery, and shame. At one point, I was afraid to step out because of what people would say. But here I am today, stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever.

To anyone who may have made mistakes in life, my candid advice is this: don’t let setbacks define you. Find a way to rise above them. Sometimes, the struggles we face make us stronger, if we are willing to confront them.

At this point, I appreciate you all for reading. I wish you a lovely new week!
Shout out to @irenenavarroart, Thanks for the new week contest. You reminded me something!

Being a young mother involves many challenges, but being able to work and achieve good motherhood also means finding strengths that we sometimes don't realize we have 😊
